The blend is essentially based on Pinot Noir - 80% - which brings its structure & its fruity aromas and supplemented by pinot meunier - 5% - which offers a touch of suppleness, and chardonnay - 15% - for its freshness & its elegance. Its nose is very elegant, with notes of stone fruits such as white peach from the vines. Which then evolves towards more gourmet aromas of pastries. A spicy note announces a powerful & complex palate. This champagne is of great complexity with a characteristic touch of quince jelly.
