Unlike many service providers, Direct2florist Malta truly provides a personal touch for those occasions where you can't be there in person. I cannot fault them. Friendly, responsive to the customer’s particular requirements; very professional yet approachable. Were kind enough to postpone delivery to accommodate the recipient’s sudden change of schedule.I’ve used The Flower Shop for the past 3 or 4 years and am impressed by their friendly and expert service! Absolutely great!For the 15th anniversary I wanted to surprise my wife and I went to the online shop. I found something I really liked a lot but I couldn't choose the amount of roses I wanted of the selected product. After a phone call I had the price for the amount of roses I wanted and could finally update the price at the online shop and ordering with the details for delivery. The delivery arrived in time and my wife was very surprised and happy. Thank you very much for that, also to the nice lady on the phone (unfortunately I forgot her name).

Excellent service, everything delivered perfectlyService was wonderful, the bouquet was beautiful and it was delivered extremely quickly. The only thing I can say is that there wasn't any detail on the different packages. I got the more expensive thinking it would have been a bigger bouquet or with more expensive flowers, but instead it came with a box of chocolate. Which is amazing, but I'd rather would have known it before :D

Hi I received any email stating the flowers were delivered to church for a funeral. I really would have loved a photo emailed to us since we are overseas showing flowers being delivered and what they look like. If I could I would give 10 stars. I was very impressed with the delivery. I sent a flower to my friend???s birthday as I haven???t seen her for a long time. I am in Hungary and was so grateful for this online service. My friend was not at home so when the delivery person called her , he went out of his way to leave it somewhere safe for her and he found a shop that was open where my friend could pick it up. The bouquet was huge and beautiful. Fresh flowers, pretty box and a pot. I definitely recommend using their services.
